could be a lot worse.
i didn't have the insta-death problem other people mentioned, but definetly the looping music.
could have been a lot worse for a first attempt, fix the looping music problem and it's a bit better, the background could cause seizures though possibly.
also, did you use the song harder, better, faster, stronger, by daft punk (album : discovery) with consent or permission or whatever?
it's probably not an issue, but you should at least try to contact the artist and get an OK from them first if possible.
4/10 and 2/5 stars.
good first effort, i only noticed minor bugs though it appears larger ones are around, keep practicing with flash and you'll get better.

Lots of issues. When i hit play, i died immediately. The so called "in-game" music loops after you die, oh then if you let it sit for about 2 minutes, you die again...
Concept is pretty bland, graphics were no good, especially the moving background...thing... Have an odd ninja star like sun thing for a crosshair also odd, as well as it being animated. Lots of issues with gameplay that should of been looked over before you released.
One positive remark. at least you had a concept, most people just slap things they steal from other games and call it their own. 3/10 for trying!

I made the crosshair normal, and the background too,
but i dont get the die problem...
for a first game...
if this is your first game i have to say im impressed, i hope you can work to improve and make even better games in the future. for a first game this is very good and ill give you a 4 and an 8.
Not bad
Was a fun shooter. The music kind of goes along with the theme.
But at the end there is a repeat loop on the sound fx, that sounds broken.
