Reviews for "Chaos Chamber"

felt was to easy

i say it was a farely good game but i am at the top of leaderboards after 1st try the game should changing back ground like spinning vortex to make it harder it desrves a 10 but it could much more your a great game creator
but there were some hard levels were the colors look the same i made this account to review you thats just how good you are guest name on leader board rada

JoUBG responds:

I wanted animation in the background but it causes the redraw regions to overload the CPU so I couldn't fit that into the current version. I'm going to do some optimizations and see if I can fit that into the next version though, thanks!

The colors

three shades of gray? pink and purple? I had trouble telling the blocks apart some of the time. I know they had dots, and what not, but i still found it a little hard to tell at a quick glance. not a major problem, but it gave me a headache after a bit...

Love the game

I really love this game, and i do agree with everyone else add some sort of challenge mode to it, also have different music, sometimes the same song gets a little boring. So good i made it to level 23 BEST GAME EVER!!!!!

Some suggestions for CC2

First, this game is very intriguing. Putting an extra top down element to the race against the clock style of the Collapse game gives this game an extra level of difficulty. Some suggestions for the sequel could be to rotate the field, instead of just flipping the board; adding extra powerups; adding some sort of a challenge mode, where you race against pieces from the top and the bottom of the field; incorporating different shapes within levels for an added challenge (a higher level of difficulty?); and maybe a time trial mode. Keep up the good work!

JoUBG responds:

Thanks! Having several modes will be a good addition, I will definitely keep that in mind. Very helpful review!

Innovative.

This is a great spin on a classic game. I never felt so frantic playing a block collapse/matching game. This definitely trumps having a timer. Very intense game man good job. My only criticism is that it's a bit too intimidating and challenging... Im not sure if the reward of playing this game really matches the level of focus and intensity required to play it.

JoUBG responds:

Awesome, frantic is one of the prime ingredients I was trying to incorporate into this series. Thanks for the good review!
