Needs a lot more work.
Concept's cool, basic beat'm up, I can follow that.
However, so many developer issues here:
1.) Enemies spawn right on top of you, that's an issue.
2.) You shouldn't have to hold down an arrow key to continually face which ever direction you're currently facing.
3.) What's up with not starting with full health?
4.) No way of blocking any attacks, period.
The difficulty's too high for such a simple concept game.
Also, for future references, a few add-ons to consider:
Ultra Moves - Build up a "rage" meter of sorts and unleash a devastating attack.
Bosses - Every beat'm up needs them.
More weaponry selection.
Build upon current weapons - Instead of making new weapons entirely, let players choose a weapon and build upon it.
Reviewable... But lacking.
I can honestly give you 5/10 for this, though it seems to me a bit too much like 'Rage 1,2 & 3' it has some of it's own genre. Dialogue wouldn't hurt now, would it? I think you should add more color and variation, as people like me tend to walk down the 'colorful' path of life, and the dull colors and characters in your game seems to be 'distasteful' for me. I can see you actually tried, unlike other authors, to make your game a success. Truth be told; You need an original idea to score a 10 from me.

I have squeezed, and I emphasize 'squeezed', all the good out of your game, and yet it still leaves you with a 5/10.
