needs work
I can see why you called it a prototype, here are some things you can improve on:
1. when the dude hits the rail, he'd be in so much pain that there's no way that he would be able to form actual words, maybe have him scream or just roll around
2. I like how it's animated like the awesome series, but some people may be angry about that
3. get a better mic
4. make it longer and louder

Maybe if the voice acting had more effort put into it, I would have enjoyed this movie.
No real jokes or anything new
The whole "I hit my balls" humor is overplayed and just isn't really funny anymore. You could apply the same joke to any character. There's nothing new here, the two jokes that were made were pretty bland, especially for a game like Prototype where there's so many things to parody.
Come on
Dude you should've made more, there is ALOT more you can come up with when u make something about Prototype. The ending was way too sudden and there were like 3 jokes. The ones u made were pretty damn funny but its so dissapointing to see its this short.
