W, S,A, D, not for me.
I clicked through five or so screens and finally got to the point where one is informed of the control setup for the game. W, S,A, D, forces me to constantly check and reposition my fingers, which requires me to look away from the game.
Sorry, controls should be programmable, or arrow keys.
Also, the title implies something akin to Crazy Taxi. So a night-time(zombies), pov, driving game is what I was expecting.

Ffffffff-
The left/right to steer never makes sense in a game when the frame of reference continually changes. It would almost be better to keep the car nearly stationary and rotate the map.
The cars were twitchy in general. This prove a major problem when a) trying NOT to squish people when you're moving slower than they are, and b) trying to find the REAL boundaries of the drop points.
The AIs were pretty stupid. The zombies seemed more controlled than the customers, who had nearly no survival instinct. The time bonuses were negligible when the customers waste ten seconds just to walk around to the other side of the car. It usually felt better to see the red squish marks.
A few minor things
I actually like the gameplay and the concept of the game. Driving around while running over zombies and having to make sure to get to the people in time while also trying not to run over them as well. Now for the bad parts. As many people have stated the controls are a bit hard to figure out. Took me a bit to figure out which way to go when I'm going forward and backwards. Another thing I felt was lacking was time to play the game. The clock moves very fast, so you don't get a lot of time to play in it. Maybe extend the amount of time you have in the game. All in all though it is a good game in my opinion.
Fun but
Backing up in the car is terrible with these controls, it would throw off anyone who ever plays any kind of driving game.
