You way over exaggerated this. When Goku went SSJ3 the first time you see it it didn't take like 2-6 minutes to do... And Goku's power level in the Saiyan Saga was over 9000. And as a SSJ3? It'd be way, way, WAAAAAAAAAAAAY bigger... Sorry, but I didn't find it that funny. It was too long, and over exaggerated.
That DBZ episode was epic. Super Saiyan 3? Hell yeah. Hyper Squirrel 3? Hell nah.

Was funny at first
Then it went on, and on, and on..... and on.
That was a little too much, and I don't know if it was for comedic purposes, or just cause it would take a really long time to power up. It would have been much funnier if he got slapped in the middle of all that dramatic effects instead of waiting 8 minutes.
It was creative, yet not original
The DBZ thing has been way overdone, and with squirrels it isn't much more interesting. sorry, try again.
