Front page worthy? Not really.
Funny? Yeah, but there was definitely room for more than what you gave us.
Predictable and too long
The joke took too long: I expected the laughing to cut short way sooner, but now it kept dragging on. On the other hand, the animation and style used were crisp, so you definitely need to go on animating :-)
But who was Joke?
I'm sorry but this wasn't worth the time. The animation was great, but the joke was lame. Very lame. Even for a person with a cheap sense of humour like me. After watching it I was like "Ummm... So?". Anyway, good job on drawing.
