It's called a "test" for a reason
This isn't directed solely toward you, your video wasn't all that bad compared to others I won't bother to review.
My problem is that a large amount of videos posted are called "tests". Seriously, the purpose of a "test" is to see if the video is working properly, and if you think it is turning out the way you want. Don't post an incomplete video and expect it not to get blammed because it was a "test".
Submit it when finished.
A don't have any problems with this flash other than its length. As a generalization it's never a good idea to submit an unfinished flash to Newgrounds, especially if you're going to submit the same thing only finished later.
Apart from that the animation was sort of what a Madness flash would look like and would be pretty cool were it not over in five seconds.

Not bad few points tho
firstly it needs a pre loader (thought it wasent going to work)
Secondly there seems to be a random frame between the two scenes? dont know it that was just my pc tho,,
and the agen at the end (although better than just looping) was far more amatureish than the rest of the submission and could rellllly do with being changed

it wasnt just you, for what ever reason with my computer when it transitions between scenes it does that and i dont know how to fix it, and that waz just 4 teh lolz
