ok, so...
i like your animation style. i honestly do, its very unique and looks great. but the spiderman ninja thing... already done. it was a spiderman manga, and like he didnt have any powers at all but he relied on wires as webs, and some claw things wrapped in cloth around his hands to climb walls. was pretty sick.
but anyways, i liked the animation buttt the fact that it is already done kinda spoils it for me :| sorry.
Nice twist
I had to laugh when I saw the green goblin at the end. The flash was pretty original, a nice little re-disign of the characters, it was good but not great. Basically, the only major flaw was that you should have included more, maybe some kind of story idk. Another thing worth mentioning is that your animating and directing skills are pretty good, great drawings.

Meh, I'll give you a 7 because it's an original idea and ninjas are so awesome, they are the closest thing to Link. Spider-man is pretty cool too.
