Short and Simplistic
It wasn't very well-done. The animation is choppy and simplistic, the guns and other effects don't fit the surrounding animation, and the actual fight isn't nearly complicated or insane enough to meet the standards of a madness-themed fight sequence. It's one room, 5 identical guys, basic visual effects, and some very rough dialogue. There's no fluidity to the action, and the animation is timed in such a way that Hank being "fast" is just laughable. I mean, he moves at a snail's pace and nobody else moves at all. If you're going for slow motion, look for some slow motion sounds or throw in some slow motion effects (like bullet ripples or something). If you're looking to funny, like "I'm saying he's fast but it's obvious he's not" try to do a better job of conveying that humor -- I'd recommend voice overs instead of dialogue, and maybe dragging the scene out further. There's a scene in the 2nd or 3rd Austin Powers where a guy gets run over by a forklift at 2 mph -- look to that for an example.
It's nice that you like the originals, but you should study them a little more before you make your next tribute.
