deja vu

been there. sone that.....

or seen it anyways...

meh

Nothing really new or exciting here. Ok overall, but I've already seen that. A lot.

Well...

What happens in so many collabs is all they do is animate a scene then do what I call "and then he fell down" as it's "punchline". It's the worst of the worst and quite cringeworthy to see four whole scenes in this one where that happened.

Usually "then he fell down" is just a term that encompasses many things that collabs do when the author has nothing good to add and makes something blow up or the character start dancing instead of writing a joke, but four of these scenes actually just had the character fall down and then end it. If anyone isn't sure what I mean, watch the 4th by Dimb where the guy just falls down, the 8th by 7isunlucky where the guy just falls down, the 9th by ErnestoGod does it again, and the 10th by Dimb does it yet again. Cmon, can't you guys think of a joke to finish it, or at least make a cool or funny conclusion to the violence instead of the character falling down at the end. That's what I usually find about non-NG staff collabs. They just tend to be mini flags to just get the authors names out there instead of an attempt to make something good.

But that's all about those 4 or 5 animations. The rest of them were pretty decent for non-staffer's collab with some pretty good animated violence in Krinkle's theme. Some of them were very remoniscent of the early Madness, which shows potential for others to be as good as Krinkles when it comes to animating action. ErnestoGod's, yours were really, really slow for some reason though, which is something I think you should work on. And for flash in general what I usually say is good writing makes the quality of the drawing matter much less, as you could see in the Unforgotten Realms series, as that guy's ability to write jokes, not his animation, got him a permanent series on a high quality website. Then again, Madness has always been the exact opposite, an example of supreme animation quality over writing, but still even in mini-skits adding resolution makes it much better to watch. The NG Staffer collabs are a great example to go by.

hm?

i didn't understand this. it was kinda just like a normal Madness except no storyline and less bad ass. it was still good though i guess. there definitely needs to be more lightsabers.

Egh...

None of them seemed too good.
