It's not that great
The game runs smoothly and it looks (maybe) presentable, but you could make the walking cycle could be smoother, make the sprites more appealing (get rid of the white and make him bigger), make the stats bar fallow you, make some creative enemies, so that you can't fall through the floor, change the soundtrack after each level and plan out your levels better so that it isn't just platform after platform.
You could do way better.
It coulda been much, much better
OK, there are a lot of flaws. The first thing you should fix is MAKE EVERYONE BIGGER! You can see them... but barely! Secondly, Chief SHOULDN'T be sinking down into the ground. finally... Guns, please? When you DO collect that covenant gun, it still won't shoot. When he punches, is he holding it up or just fisticuff punching? Fix these and it'll get a MUCH better rating. Trust me, and good luck for fixing it.
