Good for Kids.
I thought it was OK, needs some tweeks, like when you run with the shoes sometimes you run into stuff and it can crash. The music stops after a while too, can't really think of much else. Good effort.

stuck due to a bug
I gathered a few of the animals, then went back to the treehouse to talk to some of them. After pressing z, the game stuck: pressing z again did not close the dialog. Although I could open the inventory, there was no way to continue.
A few suggestions though:
- add an auto-map
- add a dialog telling you where the shop is. I went down from the treehouse at first, completely missing the shoes and cursing the slow run speed
- a save-feature maybe? It seems to be quite a long game.
I hope you'll submit an improved and bugfixed version someday!
Game Breaking Bug
You've got some kind of infinite loop going on once you buy the shoes and run downward into something. I've tried it four times all with the same result, the script will freeze the page and report that the movie is unresponsive. At one point it even warped me out of the shopkeepers shop into the blackness. I can't give a real rating but I'd like to see it without the bug.
Bug
yes, you have a bug whenever i buy the shoes it freezes the browser page. It would have been a pretty good game (it reminds me of pokemon lol) but the bug brought it down, try to fix it. I cannot give it a rating either and i'd also like to see it without the bug, it would be great.
good idea but...
i wasnt able to play the game long because i could walk through objects and over water etc. fix this and it would be a good game
