I had completely forgetten about "Power of Three"!
I now see it was a mistake, if this excellent game is any indication. I wonder how other PO3 creations will be...?
Anyway, while it WAS short, it was a really good game. Good thing it was short too; for the kind of challenges the medals presented, you had to replay the game several times; several because it's not often that someone can finish this on the 1st try (you'd have to be quite the veteran. I only have 15 years of videogame experience under my belt, and 2 years of FLASH game experience).
The presentation was very well done, from the 3 short introductory screens which left a great feelig welling up, as if a warning to get ready (quite true), to the 10 second sprint to Luis.
It was challenging; I'll give it that. The only truly hard part was keeping the missile at bay while making Luis stack th blocks; any other mishap was a careless mistake made by the player.
Now, I DID experience some slowdown, but my laptop is a "hand-me-down" from my dad, and I had a lot of other windows open anyway, so it's no big deal.
Everything was nice, all around. I truly look forward to another PO3 game now. If this is anything to go by...
Yes, btw, 200 seconds is a little harsh, but it's doable. The trick is being able to finish the UFO phase quickly, and not getting slowed down by the flames during the escape.
