Really not that good.
Just senseless killing, with not so good animation. Basically a really bad action movie except 1/20th as long.

it was a half-assed animation at best, lacking plot, voices, and realism.

The movie was actually good. I didn't quite understand the whole eye taking part of the movie, unless he had such perfect eyes.
