It was okay at first
You put some decent effort into customazation, which was a huge plus but that's about where you stopped at. The enemies became simplisitic after ther first dozen levels, there was no pause between levels, the game lacks a story or anything to keep players moving other than wondering what weapons lie in wait later on. You could create a weapon randomizer, with big baddies breaking in better gear. Maybe a world map to choose locations from, so there's an explorer's feel to it.. maybe an idea for a back story is that the world was devistated by a meteor's hit, destorying a huge portion of the world, causing massive deaths. As a personal story for the character you're playing as, you managed to escape from the debrie of a building and managed to stumble upon the remains of a wrecked military base, finding inside a tank or something. Maybe a jeep. I don't know. Gameplay you could say you drive around a map of the selected area to explore, kill baddies which you can spend points on upgrading your stats, maybe handling, accuracy, whatever.
What i'm saying is just add some story, some mildly logical game play and such. You did a decent job, and I know you have potential for doing better. Just give it a try man.
