Good game, a few small issues.
Good overall, the Spartans don't seem to make sense, seems l like they don't take that much damage over a swordsman to kill, so I am not sure they are very cost effective.
The last level sucks, way to hard.
Pretty Good Game
It was fun controlling an army, and the graphic style, while simplistic, was very pleasant to look at. My only complaint is that it became too easy in the later levels, once I upgraded my spearmen, archers and miners to the fullest, the game lost most of its challenge.

Pretty fun game. I likedthe animations/graphics even though they were just sticks. Or especially because they were just sticks. It was just awesome seeing my guys get pimped out after I started upgrading em, especially the spear guys.
I would've just liked more. More modes, more upgrades, more levels, more soldiers, more customization...being able to pick my statue pose or my soldier colors would be awesome. I'm sad to say that there wasn't really any replay value, and more customization, levels, and modes would greatly enhance that.
Also, I didn't like how the AI was somehow able to continue making soldiers even if I killed off all their units and miners. I understand that the alternative to that is a competent AI that can't be abused by a human (which admittedly is hard to script), but if you do do that in a sequel that'd be awesome.
Finally, totally dig the trumpeting at the end. Quite pleasant to listen to. 10 just for that.
