Quite Good.
The game itself is fun. I must say there are few aspects to brush up on to make the gameplay really great.
1) Creativity-
It looks like you focused a little too much on mechanics rather than a story itself, the story isn't interesting and the names of the regions are so simple. An Idea to try which I thought was always fun, is to get the main strong point of the nation like the archers, and translate the word Arrow into a different language and call it that.
2) Control-
I thought it would be reallly nice to have a special attack or a custom attack that you could use as one of your units, while you were still in control. I wanted to lead the assault but then I figured out all I would be doing is slamming down the space bar.
3) Customization-
The fact that you put in stat increasers and power-ups was great, but there needs to be more, It would also be interesting to have a hero, that you started off with. Which you could customize his or her armor, special attacks, and weapons.
4) Cover-
Throwing down a garrison isn't enough. Having an actual battlefield with cover for ranged units to take cover behind would be good. So that other ranged units shooting at the covered unti would have an accuracy check.
5) Castles-
Lastly, I would find it much better rather than having a statue the opponents had to destroy, they had to break down the gate of your castle and once they got in, they would win. (Of course after killing everyone else in there)
The game itself is great, I am just throwing out tips that could potentially make it a lot better.
