Entertaining for a little bit
It's fun to play for a few minutes, but the repetitiveness wears me down after that. This game could benefit from something along the lines of having a currency and a shop between stages to spend it at. Not exactly a unique idea I'm presenting there, but it is something that's tried and true.
Also, doesn't the very nature of this game suggest that the war being fought is definitely NOT a "cold" war?

Ok, let's see...
- No actual upgrades int eh game (went to level 4, but cba to play further)
- Repedetive gameplay, even for a run 'n gun game
- Lineair music
- Same monster behaivior, though other looks/hp
Overall, not quite it, but getting close to a good game.

the music makes me want to pull my ears off and the graphics make me want to scratch my eyes out and the game play makes me want to chop off my hands
next time dont:
make annoying music that repeats its self over and over.
try this hole 3D looking thing.
