Good and bad
Your voice actors are really what makes some parts really funny. (Especially that "50 of nobody dying" part.)
Too bad the whole thing a jumbled-up mess of production.

Visuals: This was not very well drawn. It looked like you have just drawn a picture on paint, and then animated the mouths only.
Sound: The sound was actually pretty good, I could hear mostly everything the characters was saying.
Plot: I really did not get if it was supposed to have any plot, but guess it wasn't.
Humor: This was clearly a humoristic flash, but it was not very funny. By that I do not mean that your jokes wasn't funny; they where just out of porportion AKA not timed right. Making humoristic flashes is all about timing. Everything seemed to happen really slow. Example: In the start you could have done this: "Somewhere...at some time...two men was sitting in a car(immediatly followed by a shift of scenery)RIGHT HERE!!!!!!(then fast to the scenery of the men in the car)" Infact, if you speed this up, it may start look like a parody of egoraptors AWSOME series. I do take respect giving the viewers time to understand the jokes completely, but please don't give so much time that it will become boring.
Overall: I did not find this as a very good flash, but I see potential humor-vise, so please submit more and I'll be happy to watch it. Thought about giving this a 3, but because of the spelling-nazi I am, I have to take points for bad grammar in the subtitles.

Hey thanks for the comment! yeah I try hard but I can't seem to muster up very good artwork and animation. I think I'll have to take some money out into buying a newer version of Flash, Because i'm pretty sure mine is out-dated, but for some reason it won't give a smooth tween. Well anyways, Thanks for the advice! I'll try to apply it to my future submissions!
