Very good start

I remember when i first made this...
Yep...
This is a good one, but a common mistake on dress ups is making "line" mouths...
They are Really hard to click on, so that makes it anoying...
Try this...
In the mouth clip, create a new layer, and with the brush set big enough...
Draw a line over the mouth...
As if you were copying it...
Now select the brushed vector, and in color, set the alpha to 0%...
That way it will be the same mouth, but with a wider "click.area"...

where to start...

First of all it would be nice to have more space to work with... I found that it got cluttered very easily.
Second, it's a good start but you could use some more things, such as more eye brows, different hand expressions, and maybe even ears :P
I give a 3/10 for a good start...

It's a start

Maybe add more detail to the character (unless you're going for a circular white ghost, in which case... why?) and more things to add to the character like different eye shapes. You also might want to make the screen less cramped and the thin line objects easier to click on. The best part was probably the cursor in the first screen after the preloader. Not insulting your game or anything, just constructive criticism.
