Reviews for "Frodozers Vs. Clock Day"

Well, it was Clock Day..

Art/Animation: 3/10
Well, sprites..what can I say? Considering there is so little going on, wouldn't it have been nice to just to do a bit of proper vector animation for once? I gotta say though, as sprites go, they were pretty good.

Plot/Concept: 0/10
Well, there wasn't really one. Also, considering that this was a Clock Day flash, a single clock woulda been nice. Obviously it was just a 2 second loop, so thee really isn't much to judge here.

Audio/Music: 7/10
Well, it's Sonofkirk, so it's obviously awesome, but not really enough to redeem this flash.

Overall: 3/10
I realise that it was a Clock Day flash, and it's supposed to be spam, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it isn't too good..

Fro responds:

Lol at how people keep saying it's a loop even though each one was animated at different frame rates and it was actually about 2,000 to 3,000 frames with an ending.

Nice... loop.

Summary: Nice... loop
Review:

Graphics/Animation:
Huh. Was expecting live action.
So, sprites. Not a bad medium. You did good. If this was a gif. It's way too short, and barely anything happens. No bullets seem to hit the zombie-ish characters, no blood, and it all just looped. At least the sprites were animated smoothly.

Story/Plot:
Quick lil' loop. No real plot nor story.

Audio:
AWESOME MUSIC. But no SFX, which was not as cool.

Conclusion:
Hey, it's a CD09 flash. What can I say?
And, where the hell is FaggotFro, or FroFaggot?

Fro responds:

It's not a loop. Takes a trained eye to catch that.

Metal Slug

Well, it's a piece designed exclusively for Clock Day and while it's got a decent piece of music to go along with it, you're not talking much else in the piece here.

A few bits of variation, with some different firing patterns from the three characters / ordinance pieces would have been nice, especially when the piece got so far and then just cut out. Man, you didn't even keep it going for the length of the track. Surely these guys would have fought off the wave after wave of spam if they could have put some more effort in!

Fro responds:

Effort on clock day would be the dumbest thing in the world. Why put effort into something that's going to be completely ignored unless put on the front page.
