Well, I quite liked it.
You need to work on your drawing technique a bit, but your video was very creative and inspired. I think you hold promise. Some of your animation was a bit sloppy or just not good enough, but I think you know that you could require some practice in that department yourself without me harping on about it. Its not that youre a bad drawer, its that youre so far ahead in actual content I dont think your pen skills can keep up. Looking forward to see more of you.

I like the art approach you took and enjoyed the plot of the classsic rebel trying to survive in an overly contained society. The fact that you used a mouse is also pretty impressive.
While that's said, I do wish you could've made the colors stand out more while still maintaining the theme. It felt a bit bland, and not in a way that helped bring the animation forward. The way it was put together also sort of felt a bit tasteless.
I liked it, but it was really just average/on par and nothing more or less. I hope to see more in the future.
