Well...
You say in the author comments that there is a lot of crap that passes portal and hates that everyone is blaming your stuff, but if this video passes, you will be a hypocrite.
The animation is a fest of lame tweenings, lame worst-than-MSpaint drawings, lame jokes, pitch annoying voice and obliviously trying too much to be funny (what kills the humor).
There is not much of what I can suggest to improve ther than practicing more and completelly redoing this animation, from scratch (if you are so inclined to save this). Also, try frame by frame, please.
