now that we have that fact down, the graphics are bad. not funny bad, but poorly made bad. the sounds got annoying after the third one. the shooting is so very hard that you might as well give up then and there

...that's a bit twisted.
As for the game, the graphics were minimalistic and the gameplay was short-lived. Despite those shortfalls, it was still entertaining for about one minute, until the game ended.
To improve:
Change the "WTF" button from "WTF" to "How to Play".
Make it so the figures don't mystically disappear.
Make it significantly longer.
Make the crosshair always visible.
