It has zero replay value
All there is to this game is switching color and ramming things. The upgrades are all useless and there's no explanation as to how to use powers. You should get your money back from your "third party artist", because the tank is nearly identical to a Rhino from Warhammer 40k.
quite fun
Reasonable game; at high levels it becomes a trial of your reaction time and familiarity with the colour-changing hotkeys.
With no explanation of the powers in the tutorial, other than to click to activtate the power of the currently active sheild, all the powers do is distract attention from the incoming tanks maing the powers a liability.
Except the yellow Power. Full yellow powerbar + yellow-sheild active + click = 2s timestop. Power users beware: it is more efficient to learn how to facilitate quick colour changes than it is to become competent with the powers.
Reducing the size of your base should take priority as it lowers the risk of your tanks being blocked in its movement by the very walls it is trying to protect.
Save the fumbling with the powers until you get bored with the origional concept.
As for the turret: useless.
Needs a turret spin speed upgrade option.
Much work to be done.
Rampage mode = awesome
Normal mode, however, is rather crap. Just another colour changing game.
1.) Fix up the upgrades menu. Make things there actually worth it.
2.) The main game is fast...but not furious. Most of the time you're just fumbling around to find the right button. At higher levels it's just impossible.
2a.) The cannon upgrade is USELESS. For the 25 it costs....not worth it in the slightest. Make it a shield that blocks once every 30 seconds?
3.) Tutorial. Got the basics of the game in. Not the best tutorial, but good enough to get you into the game.
4.) Rampage mode is indeed excellent. It is fast and furious, and most importantly fun.
Overall, not that good a game. No originality, little fun, no polish.

if you where going to make a tank game make them shoot, i dont see why u made these tanks, you should of made them orbs or sumthing
