Don't get me wrong, it was pretty good. But without an ending, I can't give it a good score. Sorry.

pacing is too slow
the pacing is way too slow
sound effects are a nice touch, but the pacing is way too slow and overly tedious. you ought look at stuff like Wile E Coyote or Elmer Fudd, which i think has a similar structure/premise to your cartoon (i.e. sight gags, mishaps involving props and other physical objects, lots of sound effects, and a story which revolves around the typical main character versus an elusive rival wherein the main character always gets hurt and the rival always survives with near god-like abilities)

i totally dun like this, cos its expected and boring. the ending is , erm, lame too.
i rather like the ones that u hav going on now, like pencilmation #1-7. they are SOOOOOO much better than this (:
