Reviews for "DTT - Simon Says (TK)"
It was close, Justin started off great, but his quality seemed to deteriorate as he went on (wayy too many slurred words and bad enunciation, sounded rushed). TK was more consistent flow-wise with much better enunciation for the most part. Both had good punches for the most part, but some of Justin's were incredibly basic and amateur sounding which kind of threw me off.
I have to give my vote to TK, but Justin did a great job too, really stepped it up this round.
I'm not a fan of TK's chorus though..
Honestly, I liked TK's and I believe it was better put together as a song in general, almost sounded professional. However, I don't think he had enough punch or sting in his punchlines for this to even be considered a diss track! Justin's wasn't as well put together, but it was definitely better in the thought of dissing TK. Plus TK has more than twice the experience Justin has! My vote is for Justin.
Justin Simon and TK brought some dope lines. I'm giving this one to TK, his flow was way more polished in comparison to Justin (a few too many bars were rushed), TK's lyrics were more creative (eg. octopus's vertebrae) and overall his diss track was more entertaining.
Chorus was whack, punchlines didn't really punch, voting for Justin!
