wow, all of these other guys are morons.

zewitchkid..the explosions are not random. Every type of robot has a different way it explodes andy ou can use that information to further yourself in the game. Its not about speed, its about waiting for the right moment to set off the explosion.

wastedfate, its not about winning or losing, its simply about completion. moron. if that's what you're after then why did you even start playing the game...when you get only one click per round how could it be about winning or losing?

oh, and krindah, no i didn't forget you, if you're even going to bother writing a review, why don't you at least make it something that will stimulate the author's mind (meaning the author of the game for all of you morons), rather than just four words that don't help them do anything to anything ever. you're a moron too.

and now that i'm done with the ubiquitous name calling, being i don't understand the fifteen-year-olds on here sometimes, i must say that this game is a piece of crap. not in a crappy way, mainly that i'm angry with it because it kept me up late when i didn't want to stay up late! I like the graphics, i like the way things exploded, i liked the you had to figure out how all the robots exploded, I just liked the whole game. Its mainly about the score board, which is something i enjoy, and i don't see why anyone else wouldn't enjoy that. that's competition from around the world right there.

I agree that maybe you could make this game into some type of adventure. its something to consider, but i feel that by doing that it might lose some of its charm. Do what you want, because no matter what, this one will always be here.

Thank you for creating this, I really appreciate it. Its so rare to see games come on to this website anymore that are even worth playing, let alone playing for an hour. Its quirky. I like that, and so do a lot of other people even if they haven't reviewed it yet, or you wouldn't have lit up green on the front page's newest submissions section. some people like what you're doing, and screw all the rest, because as i have already stated, they are morons.

sorry, i know this is rambly. but i hope i got my point across.

Thanks for your thoughts! I can definitely tell you are motivated by this game similar to me. We can only really make the games we like ya know? I really like this game in particular but still find it incredibly valuable to share my creations with the rest of the world to see how people react. There are always score and non-score motivated players. There is also the truth that nothing will ever please every person and that is actually great! You have to have a thick skin on the internet so I don't let the unconstructive feedback get me down. I like a lot of your thoughts on this and I also agree that it is a careful balance between adding to the game's scope and keeping some of it's rapid charm. Trial and error is the only proving ground though. Thanks so much for playing and I'm glad my game made you stay up way too late! ;)

Yeah-- I was going for wario-ware rapid 5-second per level style play so I guess this is probably not the game for you. :) Thanks for giving it a try though and leaving your thoughts.

Yeah.. this game isn't really about losing or winning so much as it is about climbing the highscores. I know a lot of people aren't into that style of play so it's probably not a good fit for you. It is definitely a style of game play that I find compelling so I'm just trying to stay true to my tastes. Thanks for playing.

Random

I don't normally rate this low, but it wasn't fun. I want to say there is no skilled involved. Also it's short. I wasn't paying attention when I opened it and beat it in a few seconds.

I'm sorry you didn't find it fun but that's cool. Thanks for trying it out and leaving your review. I am trying to work out the luck vs skill balance but it is quite a difficult line to walk in the chain reaction genre. I've still got a lot to learn for sure but I'm fairly pleased with how my experiment turned out so far. I'll be thinking about all the feedback for my next projects for sure. One other thing to point out is that this game isn't so much about 'beating it.' All plays of this game will end in 10 clicks each time. It is more focused on trying to improve your score through a combination of luck and (hopefully) some strategy. Thanks again!
