Dirty stuff, I like it. At first I was unsure about your hi-hat choice but it does work quite well. Everyone who says you need a drop clearly doesn't know much about Debstep as a genre. Saying that, a little variation would've been nice, freshened it up a bit, otherwise very nice work.

I agree with SeymourG that it needs some more background music, some kind of melody as it does sound a bit bare at the moment. The wobbles sounds wobbly enough in my ears though.
Good sounds... however, very little variation, very little structure, sounds amateurish (musically). I love your kick and snare samples, try use different hi-hats, mess with velocities more but mostly put a proper structure/sense of musicality to it as opposed to just wubs. listen to the really popular electronic artists right now, a lot of their stuff isn't even wubs. that said, the sounds are great.
