Pretty good
The quality of this flash is average, so you can do a lot more work on it to make it more of quality. The voice acting wasn't very good, but it was intune with the animation, so it's average for a submission on ng.
Keep working on your animating and try hiring a voice actor for your submissions.

The audio on this is pretty funny. The visuals are pretty good, but they could use a little bit of work.
There are times in this when you use a vibrating effect. It looks like you're cycling through two frames very quickly. What I'd recommend is adding a third frame and slowing it down by adding another frame into each picture. This will make things look less violent and strange.
Honestly, most of the rest of my advice is to move on from the mouse and practice with the tablet a bit more. Your characters could be a bit cleaner, but I'm going to blame that on the mouse and hope that you can produce something a bit cleaner with the bamboo. You might want to experiment with a thinner line, or even using the pencil tool. Either would help make the drawings look a little better.
Your extremes are well done though, and while I'd complain that the cartoon is a little short and the ending is pretty random, I will say that it didn't overstay it's welcome. Rather it was short and sweet and pretty funny.

I like the style that you used. I understand that it was suppose to be fast, but the graphics still looked a bit too rushed. Looks like they could have been cleaned up a bit more and the random/fast animation would have worked much better in my opinion.
~ Story/Content ~
Lol why 10 reasons if this is only 4 reasons? Seems a bit odd to me. AHHH, is it because he dies in reason 4? Am I the first to finally get it?!?! Lol. (I know I'm not, just sarcasm everywhere in this review)
It still would have been a bit better though if you killed him off at reason 8, 9, or even 10 itself. Would have made more sense and would have made the submission even funnier because it would have longer giving it more room for humor.
The only thing that I don't get is that you show bad things in all of the reasons (I get that part don't worry), but in part 4 you show a GOOD movie! Lol, what's up with that? Unless you honestly didn't enjoy the movie. I personally thought it was good.

Lol girl voice, but I'll trust you that it's gotten deeper. A couple of times you let the static get through and it didn't sound too great. The voices weren't terrible though and the deep voice to count in between the high pitch girly screamy voice added a nice transition that I wasn't ready for at first.
~ Overall ~
Good idea all around. Art/Graphics could have been a bit better, a couple more scenes before he was killed off, and trying to get voices without the static would be a bit better.

A little short
I still think that you could have made this into a slightly longer piece, by adding a few more reasons, before pulling the plug on the thing and killing off the main protagonist. (Oh by the way, it's spelled Frank Miller.)
I'm sure that you can think of more thank just the three little jokes that you would have used to make up numbers 1-9, it's not that difficult. How about the car he drives, the income he's on. There's 2 more and I haven't even really bothered to think so far.
The animation is decent, with the drawing style being deliberately 'unfinished' in that you haven't spent time polishing the images, to make them more presentable, thus making the wife and kids look even more ugly and disgruntled.
Don't get me wrong, what you've done so far is good, with a decent punchline, that hits hard, but it needs something else to back it up properly.
