The animation could be smoother but it is okay. I thought the dialogue could use a little work. NEEDS voice acting. Get some friends, lend your own voice to it, and you could make it funny. Needs to be longer

needs voices, but it is good though.
Needs work, but you knew that already.
One suggestion I'd add to what's already been mentioned- make the captions last longer on screen. There's barely enough time to read them before they flash off.

That was hilarious. Aside from being so short like you noted in the comments, the only thing I saw was that Mario was passing through some solid objects in the opening, which wasn't that big a deal, but since you asked for constructive criticism.
