well, I'm actually pleasantly surprised...

While it wasn't perfect, it was FAR better than most first time submissions, so kudos on that... The animation was fairly decent, nothing a little practice won't improve ^^. The sound quality could use some improvement too, but I suppose you only used what you had to work with, so no need to beat you up about that, lol. I noticed your art style is somewhat reminiscent of Samurai Jack, it had an overall Samurai Jack feel to it really. So keep at it buddy, I look forward to what else you may throw this way.

For your first submission, I have to say it was well done.

Animation: Played smoothly, though it seemed as though there were a few bumps. I can't name any off the top of my head, sorry! The fighting scenes were well done.
Visual: Nice. The cats were well drawn, and the backgrounds was also good. Interesting how you had the "Wanted" papers the same color as the background. I didn't like that af first, but I warmed up to it.
Audio: Music and sounds fit well, though when the red cat was "training," I guess you could say, it sounded like the swooshes were just a bit off from the motion.
Idea: I liked it. A bit predictable, but I guess that is just the result of the modern film industry.
Wild Card (comedy, tragedy, enjoyability, etc.): I enjoyed it. Not really comedic ot tragic or anything like that, but fun to watch!

I thought it was really good. I felt like I was watching a medley of Samurai Jack scenes. With cats. Good work.
