I like your style, but..
What's the purpose of your showreel?
A showreel is a quick show of your different styles or some kind of impact-movie that makes you want to see more/ that makes you go 'WTF!?'.
In my opinion this wasn't it.
If you make this kind of showreel, variety is the key.
Artwork: Looks fine, you surely can draw with a flash-like style. Compositions were OK. But I would like to see some different drawing styles. Also some animations where we really see you understand the different levels of lights & shadows.
Animation: Looks great, love your style, but not alot of experiments with different animation styles. I'd like to see more tests like that guy lifting his weights. I get that you know how to animate the guy with alot of hair and the different kind of death animations, but it shouldn't dominate your movie.
Music: Easy-going, but not really a song that makes you stand out from the pack. It fits mostly at the start of your showreel. IMO it could use a better edit.
Don't forget the flow of your video, great beginning, good in the middle, spectacular towards the ending. (unless you want to do something really different, which can also be good)

Great animation, the message i got out of this is to go outside and do somthing productive other than just sitting around all day eating junk food and geeting fat, am i right?
