It is a game, perhaps you need to get your eyesight checked ... cant you see the "game" icon .. I would LOVE to see you make something better =D .. as i said its a first .. and now with all these suggestions given il improve .. Gawd ...
By the way, the enemy is only a punching bag ... i mean ... its not like the punching bag is gonna grow teeth and eat you is it ? ...

Try making it a lot more interesting and unique so the great name will fit the game. in the meantime ill give you 3/10 2/5.

It's quite a nice game, just really boring.
Try to work on a story like the other guy said, also, different/faster moves, some nice graphics for moves to, like fireball etc, maybe even pick a class :O.
Also, be good if the opponents could move and attack, and if they did, there attacks are different altogether, or just the colour of the moves. Up to you, but looking forawrd to number 2. (PM me when number 2 is finished?)

A good start.
It's got potential. The thing I implore you to think about is that gameplay is everything, not graphics - so work on the fun, not how good this looks. If you re-release this with the same stickmen, I wouldn't care as long as it's more fun.
Okay, well you know it needs to have some form of AI. I'd say that the moves were disappointing, the 'special' move took more health and was quicker to do than the slower punch - so what was the use of the punch move at all? It'd be better maybe if they had a stronger special move, but it used health, or took a while to recharge. Add a few tactics to it. Maybe even add some weapons?
Still, something about this makes it seem above the normal 'first' games we see here. Which is a good thing. Keep it up, looking forward to see what you come up with next.

Its a very simple fighting game. I think it needs a lot of polishing up as far as graphics and gameplay go, because right now its just too bland. And yeah, having AI enemies is something this game just needs. Also, some sort of storyline or background or gimmick to make this game stand out would be nice too, but first you need to go back and put the basics in.
