Could be better
Since you're working by yourself, I'm not going to call you lazy. Animation is hard. But you did do a good job animating some parts. But you also did very poorly in some parts- recycling some scenes, some parts that were just still pictures. You spent so much effort in the lips that a lot of other parts were left out. You can't play the guitar just by holding it!
But- why Sonic characters? You could put any character dressed in black in his place, and it would still make perfect sense. Only use characters that don't belong to you when you're not worried about seeming professional.
And let me tell you something- singing video game characters has and forever will be, used over and over again. Singing Sonic characters are as original as the nail on my thumb. Music videos are quite the challenge- and you HAVE to make them look as professional as the song is- otherwise it will make the video look a lot worse than it is.
Speaking of the song- you do have a good taste in music. And while your artwork isn't perfect, it is pretty good (especially considering I could never actually draw any of those characters.) Your animation was a bit jerky and a lot of which wasn't edited very well. (Shadow's head seems to jerk in random places) but at least you didn't get lazy on us and tween when when redrawing the picture would work better- you weren't THAT lazy.
So overall, it's not bad but give it time. Keep at it, you're still getting good at flash.

thanks, but i wasnt trying to be professional about it, it was just a bit of fun that i worked on maybe a couple of hours a week during school. but thanks for the review!
