Good
Great in some areas. lacking in some others. Animation, voice acting and presentation were fantastic. but as already n\mentioned in a review that caught my eye just before saying it myself, the hoot hoot character is basically a baby owl copy of flapjack. And there was no solid jokes or punchlines. so it felt like the cartoon went no where. To me atleast

lil' hoots is an annoying little shit but cute as a button. he's impossible to get mad at no matter how hard you try to be. funny as hell and keep up the good work.
