Advanced play
To me the grapchics nd gameplay are just plain AWSOME and the sensless killing,well just fun.If you do the shield then attack thing it works grate so I belive that its like you are a Spartan destroying the enemy.

Okay game
Nice graphics and shading, that was a thing I liked on this game. I kind of disagreed with your decision of a sprite background though, it didn't fit it with the art.
Animation was great, the different ways that the enemy dies was pretty cool. The movement could be smoother and faster: when the character falls, he takes too long to get up.
Gameplay was really good: I liked the number of combos you could do and the alternate weapons of the spear and the sword. Pretty addictive for a short while. A problem I had was that enemies could attack you offscreen: it was annoying and you had to guess where that enemy was to kill it.
needs more originality.

characters = taken from 300.
gameplay = generic beat em up style. streets of rage and final fight did it better.
artwork = well drawn but nothing new.

The graphics are well drawn, but the motion is choppy. You jocked the title from a VERY popular console series, and knocked off the character-name, look, and such from 300. This couldn't be more unoriginal if every time Leonides leveled, he screamed "this is SPARTA." Then, on top of it, there's no storyline, so you're just running through somewhere hacking and slashing through knockoff Persians. Sorry if I'm over-criticizing, but it severely lacks that originality of concept to get a better response from someone like me. It's not a badly made game, and you clearly have talent, the concept is just juvenile and overdone.
