Good for a quick scrap kind of thing, but...
...never will that help you in getting a better score.
The artwork was terrible, to say the least. The only good part about it was that you didn't use stick figures. The animation, though, was decent. It still was choppy at a few points at the start, but it got better. The action itself, was really good, and the humor was somewhat funny. This dosn't deserved to be blammed, so I'll give you this.

Could use some colour, it needs to have a play button and you need to make it so it doesn't take several minutes to load.

The animation was all badly drawn stick figures, the only thing that was colored was the rifle (probably because you didn't even draw it), and also, this is unreal, the way you make it look, the bomb from the jet blew up the entire world. Not even a nuke can do that.
