Great animation, pretty funny. Too short to be that funny. The threats were pretty funny, but there wasn't enough to the jokes.

Frank a teenage lad with a bright smile and Dick an all powerful crime fighting super-machine team up as a duo with bright smiley super-machine capabilities, crime fighting ensues. Good yet purposefully understated animation contrasting with ultra high quality animation make this a massage for the eyes. From a little humour at the beginning switching to a giggle and smiles in the middle you will not regret pressing play. Audio is nicely done. Although far from an all time great this is deserving of a place in the hearts and minds of the viewers. Above average; rumoured to cure colds and headaches... then again so is rubbing a severed kangaroo penis across your forehead so watch it and decide for yourself.
