A good first
It's a nice start. It kept me interested long enough to do a level after the last upgrade. The bad stuff could last a little bit shorter possibly, and invincibility definitely needs some warning before it wears off.
Still, it's pretty good, and with some polishing, could possibly be a bit better.
Vanilla.
It's not exactly exciting moving a pin across the screen, although some credit to you for making a bit of a challenge and adding some variety. Needed more than just moving around though.
Also, the first time I loaded this flash, I had to 'Forward' it to make it work properly - once I'd done that, the first level was SWAMPED with balloons. I can see this frustrating some people if it happens regularly.
Still, nice looking game, and a nice little time-waster - it just needs to be more addictive.

Decent
Gameplay is a little addicting, and it's kinda fun ^ - ^
My only problem is the upgrade screen is a little sloppy, but it's functional.
