Better than expected!
At first I thought to myself "This is going to be lame..." but then it started getting really good. The dialogue was by far the best part of the whole thing, with the video being an excellent commentary on practically every cartoon ever made. The artwork could have used a bit of work, but it wasn't terrible by any means.
I'm glad you gave it a shot, and it paid off for you in the end. I also appreciate the comment about the dialogue, I really tried hard to make the script entertaining, and I see the my efforts were not in vain.
Proficient
The voice acting was great, the animations were smooth, and the jokes were funny. You did a great job without using any of the hero's powers, but for the series it will be a bit harder to jump from this to another episode. If you want to improve, involve more action and make a plot that will make the viewer feel what the hero feels, unless you're sticking to comedy, then you might have a harder time. Anyway, just have fun with it.
I'm sure episode two will involve more action, but yeah, I'm mainly going to be sticking to comedy for this series.

Nice to see a fresh new animation on newgrounds once in awhile that i can stay focused to. The animation / sound quality were excellent and it had some good jokes in it...
