I am only giving you three out of ten because the game looked good at first but then random things were moving and it was all very confusing and before I knew it the game wasn't working.

Really good,
But I think that it's a little challenging and samey. The abilities seem a nice change but the invisibility didn't do much for me - I held space and seemed to disappear for about a second before they starting shooting me again. It's well made though, and kudos to you for introducing a story - the game definitely had a good comic-book feel to it.
Another thing; the first time I tried to play, the game completely crashed, flashing up levels and menu screens. When I reloaded it was all sorted, but I'm not sure what went wrong, and if it happens to others, I can see many giving up without even playing the game.
Still loved the gameplay, just needed a bit more 'oomph' given to the abilities, and maybe lower the difficulty rating - it's impossible not to get surrounded by police as early as the second level, and once that happens it's very quickly game over.

I presume some else has already said it, but in case no one has.
The fgame flashes all around,so it can't be played, however it seems an interesting game.
So if you fix it I will almost certainly play it
