Reviews for "XI-Vengeance"

That was awesome!

You keep changing names lol.
First it was Zion, then VI, and now XI.

Anyways, I loved the song. Especially the part where it changes into a different melody. What program do you use, by the way? I use FL Studio 6. Do you have any advice on where I can get tutorials? Thanks!

The-XI responds:

lol, yeah, I chaged names lots cause Zion is already taken... =(

I use FL 5 to make my music, and as for tutorials... sorry, can't help you much there. I personally think that its betterjust to tinker around with it, thats how I got as good as I am. =)

Thanks for the review!

you are awesome

slow to get into it, but this song is still really good. reminds me of technos that are like opera-apocalypse sounding. unique is an understatement for this song.

5/5 and download from myself.

P.S. there are so many artists like yourself that have songs equal to and much better than PX9, that don't get the recognition that they deserve, and that's sad.

The-XI responds:

Thanks for the kind words, man. I really appreciate them. And dont worry, I think I'll survive :)

This is the stuff!

This is old-school right here! That spooky bell melody reminds me of the birth of hardcore. Very nice filtering on the lead.
I like the build-up very much, that siren works a treat to build the suspense, into the kind of d 'n' 'b' rhythm. I was missing some high-frequency action after the build though. Could you possibly continue that siren into this section as well?
Oh, I see, you were building up the track more slowly than that! Here we go! You've got a nice high-end lead into the delicious vocal, how do you do that?
Very nice glitchy percussion roll into the wickedly times bass. Dude, I love that filtering! Piano melody works really well, but what I'm really keen on is that frantic synth that follows. Thats the stuff I'm talking about. Delicious techno. Beautiful fadeout, automation of reverb wetness I wonder?
So many parts to this one, took its time to get there, but really hit the spot! Congratz on an epic track.

HOLY....

Dammit man...this is insane!! What music mixing program do YOU use?? Keep up the good work!

The-XI responds:

FL Studio 5, of course =D Thanks for the review!

I imagine how I ended up in a castle of pure crystals where a mysterious orchestra is playing in the hall, but suddenly a strong storm begins, then everything subsides, then the last shock wave and only shiny dust remains
