I missed something
It was clever and I think I got the gist of it. However, not being a Zelda fan, I think I missed the reference. Did the girlfriend go backwards or something? =P

overall an entertaining flash
the only thing that, in my opinion, made it bad was the limited dialogue. i mean using speech bubbles is fine, but maybe you should buy a mic and redo it with voices then re-submit it. you should get a higher score, and maybe even a front page mention.

Would be nicer if it had more detail and some voice acting. But overall a good idea for a flash. I can imagine such a problem... haha I love that Zelda game.
Oh Man Lol...
That was bad man. I had no idea they could be just as good as guys at playing those games. I can get halfway through Ocarina Of Time in less than an hour.
Nice story, but...
...it could really use actual animation instead of focusing so much on motion tweening.
I mean, with the exception of you and your girlfriend stick personas hand moving up and down, aimlessly pressing the same button, there was no animation at all, just stale pictures using motion tween.
You could also have colored the RL world instead of only OoT's one, but I guess that could have been your choice as an artist.
Also, some voice acting might have worked out well, but the Zelda's music was fine too.
Overall, I liked it and you should keep focusing on animating in order to get better, but try to put more effort into it next time.
