keep practicing flash and you well get really good at this good job so far it needs a little work maybe some more colors or something

Not bad.
I'm guessing you're relatively new to flash, and recently watched Animator vs Animation, but still, fair animation for a beginner. Keep practising, and it's probably a good idea to move away from sticks, and you'll get better, no doubt. I think you should probably smooth out the lines a bit, perhaps use a thinner brush, and it would look better.
Keep animating.

While there wasn't much for creativity, it was still an interesting idea, and it was cool to see all those things pop up everywhere, even though it was short.
