It's an interesting view at the KK...
I must say, I enjoyed this greatly, yet still, I think it's filled with inperfections that could be solved with some practice. First and mostly, the frame by frame animation seemed EXTREMELY unconsistent to me, this should be solved by trying to plan the character drawings one by one as a rough sketch, instead of giving more attention to how the frames merge together. This is a really common issue in japanese animation, and I can see this is majorly inpired by that, besides the obvious fact that it's made on purpose, the overall way to animate it and character placing seems to have ann old school japanese animation vibe to it. Between the totally rad camera turns you pinpointed here, the overall art in the frames was a little bit lost, that when looking at it, seems like a safe play to say that when these frames, played 24 per second (assuming it's 24) won't be really noticeable, which it doesn't at simple view, but unfocuses the viewer and is a huge distraction. Else than that, I like how you made static images such as the view at Tom have WAY more detail, keep up the hard work, and please, look at some references!
