This is the stuff the wide layout was really designed for.
I really wasnt expecting it and I dont think ive seen anything on newgrounds like it, its amazing you how can play on someones emotions just by music and visualisation.
Fucking great job, do more please. Is it too much to ask for an Opeth version? :P

I am not much for writing reviews but for this i will make an exception. Visually this peice was stunning but i feel the beggining portion is probably the weakest portion of the video. the lack of contrast bored me, having a sort of sparkler effect should be more eye catching just like it is in a dark room with birthday cake. I did like the other details. the number chains and the other move parts were quite striking, but again a slight varition in contrast wouls work wonders.
Positively though, and i hope this isn't taken the wrong way, but the style of this video reminds me of the artistry that is put into modern hollywood movie begging credits scenes. such as the ones seen in the spiderman and evencompared to the new xmen origens movie. the way the movie was cut and the way the images flowed to the instumentals of your song where wonderful and quite the work of art.

I'm going to start my review by saying that was an awesome intro, if not the best I've ever seen.
Moving on, the graphics were fantastic, not to mention the awesome music of course! I recently saw my first thing on the audio portal so this has more relevance to me now, and it's great to see people make a visual treatment to music.

Some tips.
The video was amazing but you didn't have to use the music from Hancock when there's enough epic and great music here on NG that you can get away with putting on youtube as long as you credit the auther and link to the song. I do understand about youtube being a bit anal about all that though. Anyway, this was fun to watch. Just broaden your view on music. Not ALL great music is on a movie / video game track. =)
