3 hats level
For the 3 hats level you have to use a synonym for hats. Now, what's a synonym for hats? It's caps. Now use the picture to make sense of it and you should get "Caps lock", meaning all you have to do is stand under the big lock and press caps lock. Hope that helped you. Also, pretty damn good game. I love the fact that there are so many levels.
