Obvious time and effort
For style alone I would give you a 10. This was completely new to me, and rather nicely without antecedent.
As for when the spheres meshed with the robots...
Metroid and god of war?
I would have liked to have seen a greater meshing and amplification between the two robotic forms. I am not sure if that was a limitation of your style, or if it was a limitation of time and the movie file getting too big.
Anyway, great work, and you have earned every kudos.
i was planning on taking the merging with the orbs further, but my target time was 90 secs, due to the structure of the song and how it will play out when we do the song live, after all this isnt the entire song, but i didnt want to have a cartoon on top of the singing as i believe people would find that very confusing. heh, sounds like a bad excuse there, maybe it is:) in the end there wasnt time to fully develop on the merging idea, as they should have had a proper introduction to their initial abilities first, so one would understand how they changed after merging with the orbs... i do maybe feel i put a little too much in there for such a short film, live and learn right?:)
